As Nillion approaches its third phase with the Alpha Mainnet Launch we’re thrilled to announce the NIL Airdrop program – designed as the first step to decentralizing the Nillion Network.
The Airdrop program acts as an additional complement to the Nillion Community Round, which together align supporters and contributors with the future of the Blind Computer. The Airdrop program is the first of many events designed to decentralize the utility and voting power of the network to the community.
The distribution of Nillion’s native utility token, NIL, reserves up to 75,000,000 tokens (7.5% of full supply) for Nillion’s community members and early builders to be released.
The Nillion eligibility checker is now live. Eligible participants can register from today until February 3rd at 5 PM UTC. Please note that ongoing eligibility is based on a number of factors. Following the Alpha Mainnet launch, eligible participants that claimed will have their NIL tokens in their claim wallets.
Extra early rewards are available to eligible participants who elect to pre-stake their tokens through the Eligibility Checker by choosing a Validator to delegate their voting power to.
Nillion has allocated additional $NIL tokens for future community initiatives.

- Developers who have raised issues or contributed to discussions in Github may be eligible.
- Developers who have built projects on Nillion at hackathons or for bounties may be eligible.
- Developers who participated in Nillion’s Developer Office Hours or used the Nillion SDK may be eligible.
- Technical content creators who created technical content for Nillion may be eligible.
- Verifier Program Participants
- Verifiers who ran their verifier for over a week before the program closed may be eligible.

- The above eligible participants can also get bonuses to their eligibility based on other actions supporting the network, such as
- Participating in the Nill Pill Program
- Helping harden the testnet beyond the Verifier Program
- Achieving other Discord roles in the community
